1. Licensing Agreement
By purchasing a template from The Yes Makers, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the design for one (1) wedding event. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the code/design as your own work.
2. Guest Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. The data submitted by your guests (names, dietary restrictions, etc.) belongs to you. The Yes Makers does not sell, trade, or use your guest data for marketing purposes.
3. Availability of Service
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers or technical maintenance. We recommend sending your invites reasonably in advance of your event.
4. Content Liability
You are responsible for the content you publish on your wedding page. The Yes Makers reserves the right to suspend accounts that publish illegal, hate-speech, or malicious content.
