1. Digital Nature of Products
Because our wedding templates and dashboard access are digital products that are instantly available upon purchase, they are deemed "used" immediately. Therefore, strictly no refunds or exchanges can be given once a purchase is complete.
2. All Sales Are Final
Please ensure that the template style you have selected is the correct one before finalizing your purchase. We provide detailed previews and live demos of every template to help you make an informed decision.
3. Technical Defects
In the rare event that a template has a technical defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to rectify the issue within 72 hours of your report, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
Since this is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription, there is no need to "cancel" anything. Your website link is valid for the duration of your event planning (up to 4 months).
